EPA to Delete San Fernando Valley Superfund Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region IX is publishing a notice to delete the San Fernando Valley Basin Area 3, Verdugo Study Area Superfund Site from the National Priorities List (NPL), and is seeking public comments on this action. The site, located in eastern Los Angeles, California, has been deemed safe for deletion due to a lack of significant environmental threats.
