EPA Seeks Public Comments on Proposed Settlement for Imperial Refining Superfund Site

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comments on a proposed administrative settlement for the Imperial Refining Superfund Site, which requires the parties involved to pay $300,575.29 to finance response actions. The settlement also includes a covenant not to sue, and comments can be submitted to the EPA at 1445 Ross Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75202-2733.
