EPA Extends Comment Period for Pesticide Container Rule

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has extended the public comment period for its 1994 proposed rule on pesticide containers and containment structures by 30 days, from August 16, 2004, to September 15, 2004, to gather additional input on emerging issues and technologies.
