EPA Proposes Rule to Add Areas to National Priorities List for Uncontrolled Hazardous Waste Site

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a rule to add two areas in Puerto Rico to the National Priorities List (NPL), a list of national priorities for uncontrolled hazardous waste sites, as part of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980 (CERCLA).
