EPA Approves Maricopa County, Arizona, Ozone Redesignation Request and Maintenance Plan

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved the Maricopa County, Arizona, One-Hour Ozone Redesignation Request and Maintenance Plan, allowing the Maricopa Association of Governments and the U.S. Department of Transportation to use the submitted emissions budgets for future conformity determinations.
