EPA Removes 23 Properties from National Priorities List for Davenport and Flagstaff Smelters Superfund Site

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 8 is removing 23 residential properties from the National Priorities List (NPL) due to completion of cleanup efforts at the Davenport and Flagstaff Smelters Superfund Site in Salt Lake County, Utah. The move is in line with the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) of 1980.
