EPA Proposes Approval of Iowa's Revised 111(d) Plan for CISWI Rule

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to Iowa's 111(d) plan, which would adopt the commercial and industrial solid waste incineration (CISWI) rule, a federal regulation published on October 3, 2003. The CISWI rule outlines 11 key components that will become part of Iowa's state plan if approved.
