US EPA Amends Pesticide Tolerance for Folpet on Hops

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has amended the tolerance for residues of folpet in or on hops to remove a footnote indicating no approved uses of folpet on hops in the US, following a request from the Interregional Research Project Number 4 (IR-4) under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996 (FQPA).
