EPA Approves Revised Virginia Nitrogen Oxides Budget Trading Program Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is taking direct final action to approve a revised State Implementation Plan (SIP) for Virginia, which includes changes to the start date of flow control in the state's Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) Budget Trading Program. The revised plan aligns with the requirements of the Clean Air Act and will take effect in 2005, as required by the program.
