EPA Proposes Settlement with Olympia Nominee Trust for Wells G & H Superfund Site

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a settlement with the Olympia Nominee Trust (Olympia) regarding the Wells G & H Superfund Site in Woburn, MA, under the Comprehensive Environmental Response Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA). The proposed Administrative Order on Consent would waive EPA's past response cost claim of approximately $1,096,741.27 in exchange for Olympia's agreement to complete a removal action estimated to cost around $2,362,572.
