EPA Proposes Revisions to California Air Quality Management Districts

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to the Antelope Valley Air Quality Management District (AVAQMD) and Mojave Desert Air Quality Management District (MDAQMD) portions of the California State Implementation Plan (SIP), which would establish federally enforceable limits on air pollution sources.
