EPA Publishes Draft Guidance on Nitrogen Oxides Exemptions for 8-Hour Ozone Standard

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has released a draft guidance document outlining exemptions for nitrogen oxides (NOx) under the proposed rule to implement the 8-hour ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS), which was first published on June 2, 2003.
