EPA Publishes Final Amendments to National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Secondary Aluminum Production

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized amendments to the national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants (NESHAP) for secondary aluminum production, clarifying regulatory text and improving understanding of the rule requirements, following two settlement agreements and without prior public proposal.
