EPA Approves Revisions to New Mexico and Arkansas Title V Operating Permits

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved revisions to the Title V Operating Permits program for Albuquerque/Bernalillo County, New Mexico, and the State of Arkansas, which include updates to the definition of a 'Major Source' and other administrative changes.
