EPA Approves Virginia's Air Quality Implementation Plan for NOX Control

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve Virginia's State Implementation Plan revision to determine the reasonably available control technology (RACT) for controlling nitrogen oxides (NOx) from two individual sources in Fairfax County, Virginia, namely the Central Intelligence Agency and the National Reconnaissance Office.
