EPA Renews National Oil and Hazardous Substance Pollution Contingency Plan (NCP) Information Collection Request

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is renewing its National Oil and Hazardous Substance Pollution Contingency Plan (NCP) Information Collection Request (ICR), which is scheduled to expire on October 31, 2004, and has been forwarded to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval.
