EPA Requests OMB Review and Approval for Renewal of Information Collection on New Chemical Substances and Significant New Use Reporting Requirements

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is requesting the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to review and approve a renewal of an existing information collection, EPA ICR No. 0574.12, which is set to expire on October 31, 2004. The EPA is seeking to renew the collection of information related to new chemical substances and significant new use reporting requirements.
