EPA Submits Information Collection Request to OMB for Review and Approval

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is requesting renewal of an existing approved information collection, which is scheduled to expire on October 31, 2004, and requires recordkeeping requirements for pesticide producers under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) as amended.
