EPA Announces Availability of Information on Oil Pollution Prevention and Response for Onshore and Offshore Facilities

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is making information available for public review and comment on potential streamlined approaches to protect human health and the environment from oil spills at facilities with oil-filled and process equipment, as part of its consideration of alternate regulatory requirements under the Clean Water Act.
