EPA to Host Public Meeting on Proposed Rule for All Appropriate Inquiries

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will hold a public meeting on November 18, 2004, in San Francisco, California, to discuss its proposed rule on federal standards and practices for conducting all appropriate inquiries, as required under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA).
