EPA Grants American Chrome & Chemicals L.P. Petition to Exclude Hazardous Waste from Regulations

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted a petition submitted by American Chrome & Chemicals L.P. (ACC) to exclude a certain solid waste generated by its Corpus Christi, Texas facility from the lists of hazardous wastes, citing a thorough analysis and use of the Delisting Risk Assessment Software (DRAS) that concluded the waste is not hazardous.
