EPA Approves New Jersey's Negative Declaration for Existing CISWI Sources

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved the State of New Jersey's negative declaration, exempting the state from implementing and enforcing emission guidelines for existing commercial and industrial solid waste incinerator sources, as required by the EPA's promulgated guidelines.
