EPA Proposes to Delete Portion of Kepone Superfund Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region III is proposing to remove approximately 8 acres of the Centre County Kepone Superfund Site in Pennsylvania from the National Priorities List (NPL) due to lack of manufacturing operations and its location upgradient from contaminated areas. The EPA invites public comment on this proposal.
