EPA Submits Information Collection Request for Diesel Fuel Recordkeeping to OMB for Review and Approval

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is requesting renewal of an existing information collection for recordkeeping of diesel fuel sold in 2001 and later years, including tax-exempt dyed diesel fuel and nonroad, locomotive, and marine diesel fuel, with a comment period set to begin shortly.
