EPA Deletes Love Canal Superfund Site from National Priorities List

The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region II Office has announced the deletion of the Love Canal Superfund site from the National Priorities List (NPL), following the completion of all necessary response actions and confirmation that the site's remedial action is protective of public health and the environment. This decision was made in collaboration with the State of New York's Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC).
