EPA Establishes Time-Limited Tolerance for Mesotrione in Cranberry

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted an emergency exemption for the use of mesotrione, a pesticide, on cranberry, and established a maximum permissible level for residues of the chemical in the food commodity, which will expire on December 31, 2007.
