EPA Announces Availability of Draft NPDES General Permits for Public Comment

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comment on draft general permits for Publicly Owned Treatment Works (POTWs) and other treatment works treating domestic sewage in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, with the goal of establishing notification requirements and effluent limitations for discharges to freshwaters and marine waters.
