EPA Proposes to Grant Bayer's Petition to Exclude Hazardous Waste from RCRA Regulations

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to grant Bayer Polymers' petition to exclude certain solid waste generated by its Baytown, Texas facility from the lists of hazardous wastes under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), citing a risk assessment and waste-specific information provided by the petitioner.
