EPA Submits Information Collection Request for Asbestos Rule and Accreditation Plan to OMB for Review and Approval

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is requesting the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to review and approve the renewal of an existing information collection for the Asbestos-Containing Materials in Schools Rule and Revised Asbestos Model Accreditation Plan Rule, which is set to expire on October 31, 2004.
