EPA Enters Settlement Agreement for Forty-Third Street Bay Drum Superfund Site in Tampa, Florida

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has agreed to a settlement with 29 parties at the Forty-Third Street Bay Drum Superfund Site in Tampa, Florida, under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), with public comments accepted until November 15, 2004.
