EPA and DOJ Sign Proposed Agreement for Recovery of Past Response Costs at Bernstein Salvage Superfund Site

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the US Department of Justice (DOJ) have signed a proposed agreement to recover past response costs at the Bernstein Salvage Superfund Site in Oskaloosa, Iowa, following a signed agreement on July 26, 2004, and further signed on September 15, 2004.
