EPA Announces New Applicability Determinations and Regulatory Interpretations for Air Pollution Standards

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has made new applicability determinations, alternative monitoring decisions, and regulatory interpretations for the New Source Performance Standards (NSPS), National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP and MACT), and the Stratospheric Ozone Protection Program, as outlined in the Applicability Determination Index (ADI) Database System.
