EPA Approves Revisions to California State Implementation Plan for Bay Area Air Quality Management District

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized approval of revised rules to regulate volatile organic compound emissions from solvents and surface cleaning operations in the Bay Area, as part of the California State Implementation Plan (SIP) under the Clean Air Act.
