EPA Approves Pennsylvania's Air Quality Implementation Plan Revision for National Fuel Gas Supply Corporation

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving a State Implementation Plan revision submitted by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to establish and require reasonably available control technology (RACT) for the National Fuel Gas Supply Corporation in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the Clean Air Act (CAA).
