EPA Approves Texas State Implementation Plan Revision for Dallas/Fort Worth Ozone Nonattainment Area

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a revision to Texas' State Implementation Plan (SIP) that includes a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) and the North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) to provide emissions offsets to the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport, in order to meet federal aviation regulations.
