EPA, State of Washington Reach Proposed Settlement for Pacific Sound Resources Superfund Site in West Seattle

The Environmental Protection Agency, the State of Washington Department of Natural Resources, and the State of Washington have agreed on a proposed administrative settlement for the Pacific Sound Resources Superfund Site in West Seattle, Washington, which was listed on the Superfund National Priorities List in 1994 due to hazardous substances released from wood treating operations from the early 1900s to 1994.
