EPA Submits Renewal Request for Source Water Assessment and Protection Information Collection

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is requesting renewal of an existing approved information collection, EPA ICR Number 1816.03, for review and approval by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). The current expiration date is October 31, 2004, and the EPA may continue to collect information while the submission is pending at OMB.
