EPA Submits Renewal of Information Collection Request for Community Right-to-Know Reporting Requirements Under EPCRA

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is requesting renewal of its information collection request for Community Right-to-Know reporting requirements under the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA), which is set to expire on October 31, 2004. The EPA is seeking OMB approval for this renewal.
