EPA Approves West Virginia's Air Quality Plan, Corrects Omission

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved West Virginia's air quality implementation plan, redesignating the City of Weirton's PM10 nonattainment area to attainment and approving the maintenance plan. The correction addresses an omission in the original rule's preamble language.
