EPA Proposes Approval of Illinois' Air Quality Implementation Plan Revision for Edwards Generating Station

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a permanent variance to the sulfur dioxide (SO2) implementation plan for the Central Illinois Light Company's Edwards Generating Station in Illinois, following a July 29, 2003, request, and will consider public comments on the proposal.
