EPA Announces Revision to Iowa State Implementation Plan Exemptions for Non-Production Equipment

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is revising the Iowa State implementation plan to exempt certain types of equipment from air pollution regulations, including manually-operated equipment and small emission units, which the state believes will have a negligible impact on human health and the environment.
