TTB Proposes Establishment of Winters Highlands Viticultural Area
The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) is proposing to establish a 7,296-acre viticultural area in Solano and Yolo Counties, California, allowing vintners to better describe their wines and consumers to identify them more easily.
