EPA Grants SAIC Access to Confidential Business Information Under TSCA

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has authorized its contractor Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) to access confidential business information related to toxic substances, as mandated by the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). This access is granted under sections 4, 5, 6, 8, 12, and 13 of the TSCA.
