EPA Submits Information Collection Request for Lead-Based Paint Activities to OMB for Review and Approval

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is requesting renewal of an existing approved information collection for TSCA Section 402 and Section 404 Training and Certification, Accreditation and Standards for Lead-Based Paint Activities, with a scheduled expiration date of August 31, 2004.
