EPA Submits Information Collection Request to OMB for Review and Approval

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is requesting renewal of an existing approved information collection, which is scheduled to expire on November 30, 2004, and has submitted the request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval, in compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act.
