EPA Requests OMB Approval for Emergency Exemption for Pesticides Information Collection

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking OMB approval for an emergency exemption for pesticides, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act, and is requesting public comment on the proposed information collection activity.
