MCPA; Availability of Reregistration Eligibility Decision Document for Comment

This notice announces availability and starts a 60-day public comment period on the Reregistration Eligibility Decision (RED) document for the pesticide active ingredient 4-chloro-2- methylphenoxyacetic acid (MCPA). The RED represents EPA's formal regulatory assessment of the health and environmental data base of the subject chemical and presents the Agency's determination regarding which pesticidal uses are eligible for reregistration.
