EPA Approves Indiana's Revised Air Implementation Plan for Incinerators

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve a revision to Indiana's air implementation plan, which regulates carbon monoxide and particulate matter emissions from existing incinerators, without prior public comment, citing a noncontroversial nature of the action.
