EPA Region 6 Makes TMDLs for Louisiana Waters Available for Public Comment

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 6 has made available for public comment the administrative records and calculations for four Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDLs) for waters in the Barataria river basin of Louisiana, as required by the Clean Water Act (CWA). The TMDLs were developed in response to a court order related to a lawsuit filed by the Sierra Club and others.
