EPA Proposes Reissue of CAFO Permit in New Mexico and Oklahoma

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 6 is proposing to reissue two NPDES General Permits, NMG010000 and OKG010000, for discharges from Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations (CAFOs) in New Mexico, Oklahoma, and on Indian lands in New Mexico and Oklahoma, building on the original 1993 permit and incorporating revised regulations from 2003.
